How Inversion Lab GmbH processes personal data on this website and in recruiting. We keep data collection to the minimum necessary.

2. Visiting this website
Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the site (IP address, browser type, time of access) to operate it securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use no tracking or analytics cookies and build no user profiles.
The site is built and hosted via Lovable (Lovable Labs Inc.) as our processor under a data processing agreement. Some processing may occur outside the EU/EEA, safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Job applications
When you apply, we process the data you submit (name, email, country of residence, current employer and role, links to previous work, free-text answers, LinkedIn URL, CV) solely to assess your application. Legal basis: initiation of a possible employment relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, § 26(1) BDSG).
Application data is stored in Notion (Notion Labs, Inc.), accessible only to the three people involved in hiring, and we use Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.) for related correspondence — both as our processors under data processing agreements, with transfers outside the EU/EEA safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
If we do not proceed, we delete your data no later than 6 months after the process concludes; otherwise relevant data moves to your personnel file.
4. Your rights
Under Art. 15–21 GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your data — contact apply@inversionlab.ai.
